Result of SoMoKe's opposition to Right to Recall judges and Jury System ---- Dalits are stopped by force by some upper caste men from drinking water from hand pumps in upper cate localities near Indore.

SoMoKe = SoGa / NaMo / ArKe , one and the same , when it comes to running courts , have always opposed Right to Recall judges and Jury System. They have opposed it from their very first day in their political careers. And ArKe did worse --- he worked to waste away time for those who wanted to work on RTR.

And such descrimination makes it easy for missionaries to convert them.

RSS-apex has given NO direction to RSS-workers to file any court cases against such people who practice discrimination. If fact, RSS-workers have made NO legal cell to address such issues.
.
First , over 90% of upper caste do NOT believe in such discrimination anymore. Also, they also fear that such discrimination will increase conversion. But habdful of upper castemen still want to practice such supremacy.

But inside courts, most judges are supporters of such discrimination. And so when such cases of discrimination comes, they mostly support the aggressors.

The ONLY reason why aggressors commit such discrimination is because they know that the judges will side with them.

Now how RTR-judges reduces the mess? Because the judge knows that if he sides with aggressors, then majority will expel him. And so he will stop siding with aggressors and so aggressors will low down.

And JurySys firther reduces the problem. Lets sat 20-50 citizens are chosen at random to decide the case. Then majority will oppose the discrimination, and ALSO fear that such discrimination will increase conversion.And so the Jurors will punish aggressors and so again, the aggressors will lie low.

IOW, RTR-judge-procedure and Jury system would reduce the mess.

Then how comes activists in India not working to bring RTR-judge procedure in India ? Most important reasons are

1. SoMoKe oppose RTR-judges and Jury System in India .

2. paidmediamen have convinced activists that actgivoists MUST become andhbhagats of SoMoKe to save India.

3. So activists do nothing but SoMoKe-andhbhakti and they also oppose RTR-judge-procedure and Jury System !!!

So finally, hardly 300-400 activists across India are working to bring JurySys , RTR-judge etc in India ,. And so we are outnumbered.

So we dont have RTR-judges and JurySys in India , and so discrimination against Dalits is high in parts of India , and conversion will go on.
