A key task is to inform 85 crore voters of India about law-drafts such as RTR / Jury etc . Newspaper advertisements and pamphlets, and later TV-advertisemens are MUST to reach voters. The costs to inform one voter , not counting activist's time --- by my estimate, is at least about Rs 100 per voter.

And if activist's time is added, it would cross Rs 300 per voter. And this does NOT count voter's time.

Morally speaking, the activists too need to be paid for their time. And even that is ignored, we still need Rs 100 / per voter * 85 crore voters = Rs 8500 to inform all voters about these law-draft.

Lets say some 10 lakh activists agree to bear this cost. Then cost per activist is coming as Rs 8500 crore / 10 lakh = Rs 85000 per activist. This is quite high. Plus cost of their time will make it much higher.

Say we are able to create 1 crore supporters who cant spare time, but are wiling to spend money. Then cost per supporter is Rs 8500 , which isnt low, but still high.

But question is --- how collect money from supporters. And bigger question is ---- what to they get , if RTR etc does come and does benefit all 85 crore voters.

Some one crore supporters paying Rs 8500 each , and all get equal benefit, and the one crore who paid get nothing more ---- is unethical situation.

See if you can find any solution to ensure some LEGAL / CONTRACTUAL way that those who pay Rs 8500 crores for RTR advertisements etc do get paid back , if RTR comes and benefits all 85 crore voters. Otherwise, convincing 1 crore people to contribute wikll be difficult.
