Good news for all activists (except bloody Bangladeshi-lovers),

Under existing law IPC sec-121 "waging war against state", the 100000 Banagladeshies who recently rioted in Asam can be all legally executed !!!

As we all know, some 100,000 Bangladeshies have collectively attacked Bodos in Asam and torched 50000 Bodo homes, killed over 400 and forced 400,000 Bodos to flee. Now pls see IPC section-121

Whoever wages war against the Government of India, or attempts to wage such war, or abets the waging of such war, shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for lifeand shall also be liable to fine.

Now when a large group of foreigners illegally crosses boundary, and engages in violence, or helps violence in any way, then it legally constitutes a war. And thus IPC section-121 will apply on all the 100,000 Bangladeshies in Bodo areas and all of them can be legally executed within existing framework or IPC and rule of law.

Some changes in procedure may be needed. eg we must replace corrupt, nepotic and motivated judges by Juries and we also need Right to recall judges and Right to Recall police chiefs. But no change in IPC or other law is needed to execute these Bangladeshies.

As expected , corrupt Congress, corrupt CPM and corrupt Trinmool MPs have opposed the proposal to prosecute Bangladeshies under IPC section-121 "waging war against state". But corrupt BJP MPs and Anna and Arvind Gandhi (yes, his new name is Arvind Gandhi, because he is adopted son of Sonia Gandhi) too has opposed the proposal to prosecute and execute Bangladeshies under IPC section-121 "waging war against state". Subramanian Swamy is also opposing execution of Bangladeshies. Shame on people who support such BJP leaders, Anna, Arvind Gandhi and Subramanian Swamy.
