How Right to Recall will reduce social discrimination in India?

In India, social discrimination is largely because judges promote it by not punishing those who openly practice social discrimination. eg Temple trusties and priests of Jagannath temple in Orissa once OPENLY made a TV statement that they will NOT allow dalits to enter into temple. The shameless Orissa High Court judges did not even issue a notice, forget issuing prison sentences on trustees and priests. Why do HCjs behave that way? (A) Because we dont have Right to Recall High Court judges. (B)relatives of HCjs are linked with temple trustees and make crores of rupees .

Now let me explain how Right to Recall High Court judges and Jury System will reduce social discrimination. Say Temple priests insult Dalits. Now 35% population of Orissa are Tribals and Dalits. To that, add over 35% upper caste, who oppose discrimination because they think it is wrong and also worry that discrimination can cause conversion. So over 70% or more voters will demand legal action against such priests. So threat of expulsion will make HCjs issue summons (or they will get expelled, in which case new HCjs will issue summons). And once summons and threat of arrest comes, the trustees will start allowing Dalit. And social discrimination will thus end.

So yes, social discrimination must end. And RTR, Jury, TCP etc are sufficient to end social discrimination.

So called reformation in West came AFTER they improved law-drafts. Pls check the list of countries where reformation came and how it went --- it is closely tied with growth of Jury System. The Jury System weakened the hold of everyone in power --- feudal lord, kings, priests etc and so reformation occurred.

So solution I propose is that activists should inform maximal number of citizens and activists about how printing Right to Recall judges draft (see chap-7 ofhttp://rahulmehta.com/301.htm ) in Gazette can reduce caste discrimination and thus reduce conversions. And they should inform citizens about how printing TCP in Gazette can bring RTR-judges in Gazette in few months (for TCP draft, pls see section-1.3 ofhttp://rahulmehta.com/301.htm ) . The activists should ask PM\CM to print TCP draft in the Gazette. And activists should tell all activists and citizens that corrupt leaders such as Pranav, MMS, Sonia, LKA, Yechuri , Laloo etc oppose RTR-judges. And activists should expose fake-medicines like Arvind Gandhi, The Anna, Subramanian Swamy etc who also oppose RTR-judges.

And yes, if RTR-judges doesnt comes, then disccrimination on Dalits will go on and more and more will convert. Eventually, Missionaries may even give them weapons and that will create an all out fanfare against upper castes. So activists have to decide now if they want to support "proposal to print RTR-drafts in Gazette" or they want to support corrupt Congress, BJP, CPM or defunct Anna Party.
