1. If a citizen wants, his complaint given to Collector will be put on CM's website for RS 20 per page fee by clerk, so all citizens may read

2. If any citizen goes to Talati (Patwari), shows voter-ID, gives Rs 3 fee, and wants to register his YES/NO on affidavit, then Talati will enter YES/NO, give receipt and his YES/NO will show on CM's website
