NaMo keeps the biggest hole in budget since 1948 intact ---- missing figures on total land owned by Govt , and how that land has been used. Also, "missing" is total value of various mineral extracted and how much moneral royalties govt actually got.

Whether budget is made by Jawaharlal Ghazi or SoMoKe --- one thing you will never find a line about "land budget" as if govt doesnt own any land !!

There is no mention in any budget document or ANY other document on --- how many plots Govts owns , their locations, sies, market values and how are they being currently used, what is their market value and how much rent is collected , and of the rent collected, how much rent is deposited in the accounts of citizens.

What is the sqft area of bunglows given to various Ministers , judges, IAS, IPS? Not disclosed. What is sqft area of land consumed by various govt dept? Not given. How much sqft land is consumed by IITs, JNU, Gujarat Vidyapeeth and other universities owned by govt. And no mention of hos much land govt gave to which institutions for how much prices. As if land doesnt exist !!

Likewise, ArtKe Delhi budgets and other documents he released are all silent on this issue.

And every paid-economist insists on keeping these missing figures missing.

The solution I propose is to print DDMRCAM-draft in the Gazette.

DDMRCAM-draft once printed in Gazette will enable the nodal officer (aka NLRO = National Land Rent Officer) to collect rent from all govt plots and deposit it into the accounts of citizens. And RTR over NLRO will ensure that he is forced to do so. So NLRO will be forced to give full records of land under govt on website, conduct lease auctions and depost the money in citizens' accounts. And with this, the nonsenses like CM getting bungalow of 50,000 sqft land (yes, fifty thousand sq feet land , no typo) , and judges getting even bigger bungalows will end. Also , the bigger nonsenses like colleges like JNU getting 1000 acre = 40000 * 1000 = 4 crore sqft of land will end.

How can you get DDMRCAM-draft printed in Gazette. Pls send following order to your MP via SMS " Dear MP , If and after majority voters from your area send this link to you via SMS , please implement this order of mine, to print Direct Deposit of Mineral Royalty into Citizens Accounts and Military draft in Gazette give at http://tinyurl.com/DDMRCAM "

And pls do note that SoMoKe , CoBhAp-apex, CPM-apex and RSS-apex have always opposed DDMRCAM i.e. they have always opposed the proposal that land rent from govt plots should be directly deposited into citizens' accounts. So please dont waste time with their andhbhagats. Please focus on covincing voters to send the above SMS to their MPs as orders asap.
