Arvind Kejrival is adopted son of Sonia Gandhi. His new name is now Arvind Gandhi.
Which is why, in order to reduce educated votes (which would have otherwise gone to BJP = Modi), he is now forming a political party.
All this drama against corruption was only to get limelight and cut educated-voters' votes away from Modi= BJP
Arvind Gandhi (which is his new name, since he is adopted son of Sonia Gandhi) is talking about Right to Recall ONLY because true activists in his group has realized that RTR is important. And so in order to hold and fool them, and waste away their time, he is talking about Right to Recall. Otherwise, he has been opposing ALL drafts of Right to Recall presented to him, and refuses to give his own draft.
