Its time we voters of India order MPs via SMS , to shift capital of India to some central place in Madhya Pradesh

Delhi was "central" place when Afghanistan and Pakistan were part of India. That is no longer the case. So Delhi isnt "central" anymore.

Voters of India should rent 200 sqkm of land from MP , and rant equal to 3% of AVERAGE market value of urban land in top-5 metro cities should be paid to voters of MP every year. And the rent should be colletected by taxes on all voters of India. .
(eg say 1 sqm of land in top-5 metro city is worth Rs 100,000 , then 1 sqkm would be worth (1000 * 1000) sqm * Rs 100,000 /sqm = Rs 10,000 crore, And 200 sqkm would be worth Rs 200,000 core. And 3% would be Rs 6000 crore per year. That much tax will be collected from people of India, and distributed equally amongst people of MP. Of course , with wealth tax etc, land rent will fall to below Rs 10000 sqm even in urban areas and so rent will NOT even cross Rs 1000 crore / year).

Is 200 sqkm enough? Washington DC is 180 sqkm. So if USA can manage its Union Govt in 176 sqkm , so can we.

The Union Govt should use land ONLY for staffing of employees , and lease it to those who provide facilities. And no one can purchase land there. And upon retirement , the staff will have to leave.

After capital moves, Delhi can remain as a state or better be divided into two parts --- western part can be merged with haryana and Eastern part can be merged with UP.
