Because "owners" of Congress namely Sonia, Priyanka, Rahul, other senior leaders etc do NOT want to give up corruption. Yes, they do give away small opportunities, but only after much bigger opportunities come. eg They will streamline NREGA with ID system and that will reduce siphoning by a small % , but a much bigger corruption namely coal scam and SEZ are already underway. Likewise owners of Congress do NOT want Bangladeshies to be expelled, Military to be strengthened, commons to get maths\science\law\weapon-use education etc etc

Whereas "owners" of India, namely we citizens , certainly do want country to be improved. Owners of India do want Bangladeshies to be expelled and want improvement in maths\science\law\weapon-use education .

So joining Congress is like helping a criminal, who does not want to give up crimes. While joining politics is join group of victims who do want crimes to reduce.
