Jaylalitha judgment

Since 1980s , I have been saying that Indian high / supreme judges are HIGHLY / SUPREME LY corrupt and worse than Ministers. The Ministers at least have to deliver to public after taking bribes and have to keep limits on the bribes they take. But judges know no limits.

The judge inserted a calculation error in judgement, and then acquitted J JL.
.
Indian judges are no. 1 reasons why we are behind USA and behind even China.

Since 1998 , the solution I have proposed are
.
1. Right to Recall judges at ALL levels from Magistrates to supreme judges
.
2, Jury System at all levels from Magistrate courts to supreme.
.
3. Recruitment of Magistrates without interview
.
Sadly , SoMoKe , CoBhAp have opposed these proposals from day one in their political careers due to nefarious gains they want from elitemen who benefit from the corruption in judges. Even now, SoMoKe are opposing Jury System and RTR-judges
.
And more sadly, a huge chunk of activists insist on TOTAL SoMoKe-andhbhakti and they also oppose JurySys , RTR-judges etc.
.
So activists who want to bring JurySys etc in India have upward hil to climb. IMO, they should convince crores and crores of Indians to send orders to MPs via SMS to bring these law-drafts.
