IOW, the words "buffalo meat" are as stated in article, and I am NOT adding words.

It is true that our trade deficit is in bad shape and we need to increase export. But solution is to increase manufacturing. How? Reduce inefficiencies of factory owners. How? RTR , Jury Sys etc. But instead of these ways, Congress-BJP-AAP propose "simple" way --- slaughter the buffalos and export !! So please DO NOT vote for CoBhAp in Delhi elections,. Please vote for NOTA or vote for good independent.
