On 28-nov-2010 , two days before Rajiv Dixitjee was murdered , he had outlined the plan he had proposed. His proposal was to fielld candidates in almost all 543 seats , and he was hopeful to get 400 winners. YES, 400 WINNERS. And the goal was to get Right to Recall passed. All this may have happened, but too bad, he was murdered 2 days later
