Other than newspaper advt , I oppose gathering contributions for any activity to spread information on RTR law-drafts

Newspaper advt is huge money. And so one person may not be able to contribute. But all other activities, that I can think of , funding is small. And 2-5 persons who personally know each other and meet each other often can contribute and fully fund that activity.

eg consider distributing say 5000 12 page pampglets. The of printing wll be cost will be around Rs 10000 . This can be done by 1-5 persons and so doenst need large scale contribution gathering.

Likewise, all activities I could think of, except newspaper advt, can be done in groups of 1-5 or at most 10 persons. Only newspaper advt is huge.
