Greeks voted that sun should rise from west. And it didnt !!

Referendums are useful on SPECIFIC law-drafts , and that too procedure-law-draft . If one conducts referendum on "should sun rise from west" and outcomes will have no value.

Greeks did not decide what specific steps they should and should not take to fix their growing budget deficits. The referendum didnt have law-draft to streamline tax collection, reduce tax evasion, reduce rising medicine costs and rising and rising migration of talents / intelligent / productive Greeks from Greece to USA. There are some of the problems , there may be many more.

The greeks should gave voted YES-NO on specific law-drafts to reduce specific problems. Instead , they voted YES-NO on some non-issue.

The reason for the mess is --- the referendum question was framed by corrupt PM and not by voters. Thats the KEY difference between TCP and referedum procedure greeks used. In the procedure we have proposed, namely TCP ( seehttps://www.facebook.com/mehtarahulc/posts/10150422433266922 ) , the citizens decide which question will be put and citizens put YES-NO on the questions. And so useless questions like the question in Greek referendum get excluded out..

As per solution to Greek mess, I have no solution except a general proposal --- dont take any new debt and cancel all existing debt !! But such general solutions have no value. Finally, one has to print law-drafts that would increase GDP , increase tax collection and reduces govt expenses. So it becomes matter to too many details. I am too busy with publicing solution for problems of India, and should not even try to attempt problems of Greece.till problems of India are solved..
