Modern Jury System of UK and world comes Vikings of Sweden , not from Greece !!!

And there is one more moral from this history lesson ---- the people who adopt Jury System become so powerful that they start defeating other countries around them and start expanding.

One example was Greece of 600 BC. Due to JurySys , it became so powerful that with mere 50000 soldiers, Alexender could come all the way to Yamuna.

Later Rome too had Jury System but much much weaker. The Rome had election system for various positions, something which Greeks could not adopt. So Rome became more powerful and consumed Greece. Later Rome also won much of Europe and large parts of Northern Africa and Western parts of Asia. And with end of Roman Empire , Jury System died.

Later Jury System started in Vikings in Sweden in around 700 AD . The Vikings started following this rule that disputes will be decided by 12 Jurors or 36 Jurors in case disputes were larger. The JurySys made Vikings stronger. By 1050 AD, Vikings were so strong that .some mere 8000 Vikings won over entire England !! The existing British Monarchy comes from Vikings !!! (please google on "Vikings Trial by Jury" , "Norman Conquest" )

So existing Jury System across world started from UK. And Jury System in UK starts during and after Norman Conquests, Where ever Vikings went in UK and other parts of Europe, they installed Jury System. It became most prominent in UK, and later from UK it spread to Germany, France and later to USA. UK also installed a weak Jury System in India. But in 1956 , India's Congress / Jansangh / CPI MPs all united and removed this Jury System !!!

So modern day Jury System doesnt come from Greece. It started in Greece in 600 BC , did spread in many parts of souther Europe such as Rome, but got erased by 100 AD. Then it restarted in Scandinavia in 700 AD , from where it spread to UK and many parts of Europe. And from UK , it went to many parts of Europe and USA.

Paidhistorians have always maintained that JurySys played no role in rise of nations which practised JurySys. They attribute rise to phenomenon like Renaissance , which is all mumbo - jumbo.

But after one studies rise of Greece in 350 BC , rise of Vikings in 700 AD , rise of UK from 1200 AD to 1900 AD , and then rise of USA from 1800 AD to now, it is clear that biggest factor that contributes to rise of nation is JurySys. Now, if no nation practices JurySys, then all nations are on equal level. But of one nation starts practising JurySys , then it will become so powerful compared to the rest, that it will exterminate or enslave or assimilate other nations around it.

How does this history lesson relate to present?

IMO, activists in India have to decide. USA has JurySys and it is weakening day by day, but not going to disappear in next 10-30 years. UK still has JurySys and China is adding JurySys. So three powerful enemies of India --- USA, UK and China have good, poor, very-poor JurySys. We have none. .So IMO strength ratios of India/USA , India/UK and India/China will keep on worsening. Many say that SoMoKe-andhbhakti, CoBhAp-andhbhakti , slogan shouting and mahaneta-puja are sufficient and there is no need for JurySys etc. IMO, these andhbhagats are all wrong. In absence of JurySys, RELATIVE WEAKNESS will keep rising and so India will collapse , the way it collapsed in 1757 and 1858.

So the activists who want to save India have two options --- they can either finish JurySys in USA / UK / China or bring JurySys in India. And I dont think activists in India can do even 1% damage to JurySys in USA , UK or China.

pro-Jury-activists will need to work extra extra hard , because paidmediamen will never support JurySys , and jeep projecting tall leaders and keep promoting thought that tall leaders and Lokpals are enough, JurySys is not needed at all !! The paidmediamen , paidacademicians, paid-political-superstition-professors , paidsociologists and paidhistorians will also promote theories that tall leaders , tall judges, tall institutions like tall janlokpals are sufficient and JurySys etc are nonsense. So pro-Jury activists will need to work very hard to get JurySys in India.

But if JurySys comes in India, then India is saved. Otherwise, IMO, India will go Iraq way or Livya way or Phillipines way.
