I am a voter in your constituency.

1. I order you to order PM / CM not to give any money to any private newspaper / TV-channel or radio channel for advertisements of any event, any jobs, any tender etc. No Central / State Govt dept or any PSU should give any advertisement.

2. The State / Central Govt or Doordarshan may release a daily PDF which has all advertisements. 
.
3. The private newspapers , TV-channels and radio channels may or need not display them for free OR for the changes to be paid by the newspaper , mentioned in the advt.) 
.
eg if govt has given advt for jobs , and mentioned a charge then newspaper which shows this advt will have to pay govt to display this advt !!).
