You will find 100s of anti-Devi-India-Amma folks saying 100 times a day that "Devi Indira Amma misued govt machinery and so high court judge Jagmohanlal Sinha cancelled her MP election and also ruled that she can become Loksabha or Rajsabha MP for next 6 years (and hence cant become PM).".

Ask them "what EXACT govt machinary did she misuse" and NONE will give any answer !!!

The real reason why Dev Indira Amma had to impose emergency was because USA bribed judges and press to go against Devi Indira Amma, and so judges / press created a total anarchy in India.

USA went against Devi Indira Amma because she refused to allow FDI, she didnt make product patent law which USA wanted and made only process patent law, she broke Pakistan against USA's wish. And finally, she also defied USSR and went for Pokharan-1 (both USA and USSR didnt want India to do Pakharan-1).

NaMo is obeying ALL major USA's demands such as FDI , FDI and more FDI. In fact, NaMo is now at least 5*MMS when it comes FDI. And to save face, NaMo lets FDI via Japan (a USA's dummy) or some NATO country like UK or France, so that on paper, NaMo can keep anti-US face. NaMo also agreed with GM crop demand including BT-cotton demand. And NaMo also supports patent laws. In fact, NaMo has gone ahead and also supported surrogacy law so that US women can hire wombs of Indian women and have their own genetic babies !!!
