Why IMO driver of Hema Malini's Mercedes car MUST be narcotested in public and before JURORS.

And if the Mercedez was over speeding, then why IMO Hema Malini too MUST be narcotested in public before Jurors?

The question that "HM didnt inquire about girl's well being" is nonsense paidmedia question meant to divert attention away from REAL question --- was Hema Malini's Mercedes overspeeding or not?

And as far as accident gies, the ONLY THREE relevant questions are :

1. What was the approx speed of BJP leader Hema Malini's Mercedez car ? Was the car overspeeding? To what extent?
.
2. Had Hema Malini ordered the driver to overspeed? Did she instruct driver to reduce the speed if the car was overspeeing?
.
3. Why did NaMo order Doordarshan NOT to cover issue of speed of HM's car?
.
If Mercedes car was overspeeding, then the driver should be thrown into prison for 5-10 years. And if Hema Mailini had ordered the overspeeding , then she too should be thrown into prison for 5-10 years. NO MERCY just because they are rich or famous or politically well connected.

And if car was NOT overspeeding, then there is NO crime, and it was an accident. So no imprisonment and no no fines. And if it was an accident, then fault of victim does become a valid issue. Some newslink say that the 5 year old girl was in lap of an adult passenger (mother? ) and was in FRONT seat !!! This is most unsafe way of keeping a child in car.. Nevertheless, if the Mercedes was overspeeding, then this fault of passenger in Alto becomes non-issue.

Careful forensic analysis can give a good guess about the speed. But we know that forensicists will be bribed / threatened to give a report that car was not overspeeding.

The paidmedia o, including NaMo's Doordarshan , are silent on issue of speeds of the car. Or, can anyone give me link to Doordarshan video on the issue of speed of the Mercedez?

So solution I propose is
.
1. Form a Jury of 1500 voters from randomly chosen voters between age of 25 years and 55 years from Rajasthan's voter list.
.
2. The Jurors should decide if the car driver should be narcotested in public or not to decide speed of car. If I am in Jury, I will vote YES for narcotest of the driver in public, Each of the 1500 Jurors can decide his decision.
.
3 If the Mercedes was overspeeding , the Jurors should decide if Hema Malini should be narcotested in public or not, If I am in Jury, and if driver's narcotest indicates that car was overspeeding , then I would order Hema Malini's narcotest in public on issue of overspeeding. And whether she did order the driver to overspeed.

4. If overspeeding is proved, the Jurors should decide imprisonment sentence. I would vote for 10 years in prison. If it is established that Hema Malini did order overspeeding , then she too should be imprisoned for 10 years.

Now as of now, we dont have Jury System in India, and cases are decided by corrupt / nepotic / nexused judges. And we also dont have Right to Recall over judges, police chiefs and prodsecutors. So in this cases, policemen / prosecutors are all likely to sell out and give clean chit that Mercedes was NOT overspeeding.

Solution I propose is Jury Trial as discussed above. And to have Jury Trial, we activists need to FORCE MPs and MLAs to print law-drafts such Jury System in India, RTR-judges, RTR-District-Police-Chief, RTR-Public-Prosecutors.
