Why are SoMoKe insisting on law-draft that schools must pass a student till class-8 , even if the student leaves the answer sheet in exam blank ??!!

Because the foreign elitemen are "bribing" them to do so. Why? And how is "bribe" working

Warfare evolves. For long long years, strong countries had no way to influence public opinion of weaker country. So use of paidmedia as a tool of warfare was not possible. So strong countries exclusively depended on weapons and milities.

By 1880s , British created new warfare tactic --- promote psuedo-alternatives using paidmedia. This was possible because of paidmedia's growing influence which was possible because cost of paper and printing came down. So British promoted the psuedo-alternatives such Duratma Gandhi , Jawaharlal Ghazi etc to reduce influence of real alternatives like Lal-Bal-Pal , Mahatma Bhagat Singh, Rastrapita Mahatma Bose etc etc. Later, American Elitemen used Duratma Anna , Mahatma Arvind etc as psuedo-alternatives to defeat the REAL movements against corruption.

A new technique is to further use the paidmedia to blackmail the Ministers to ruin Maths- Science education !!

And this is how it works.

1. The foreign elitemen have control over Indian media such paid-ToI , paid-IE, paid-Tv-channels. and CiaBook aka Facebook has further increased American elitemen's control over the way news spread amongst India's voters.

2. The foreign elitemen ask the Ministers to print law-drafts that will ruin maths-science education. And the Ministers such as SoMoKe or Kapil or SZI or State Education Ministers and State CMs are given deals --- if you oppose, then using the paidmedia , we will break your career and if you support these laws than we will promote your career in politics. IOW, the BRIBE offered is paidmedia support, not necessarily cash

3. One such law-draft is "the school must pass a student till class-VIII even if the student leaves answer sheet in examination blank !!!".

This law-draft will ruin maths-science education in lower class, lower middle class as well as middle class. The upper middle class and upper class will use expensive ICSE schools and save their kids' education. ICSE etc will not fail non-performing students explicitly, but force non-performing students to leave and thus "fail" in a different way. But all govt schools and less expensive private school will pass all. And so overtime, students will see no reason to study and teachers will see no reason to teach.

IOW, SoMoKe's directive that "schools must pass a student till class-8 even if he leaves answer sheet blank" is against Indian interest. Then why are SoMoKe printing such law-drafts? Simple --- if they dont, then foreign elitemen will ruin their lives via paidmedia as well as CiaBook = Facebook.

To break maths \ science education in India. As maths \ science education in India weakens , India's ability to make complex goods and weapons will decrease. So India's dependence on foreign goods, medicines, weapons will increase. And gradually, this dependence can be used to erase local religions and implant foreign religions as well. Thus, they can defeat India without having an explicit war with India.
