Vyapam ---- solution I propose is trial by 1500 Jurors between age of 25 years and 55 years selected at random from voter list of MP .

SIT / PIL etc are all useless methods. And SIT will take 10 years and the court trials will take another 20 years. The SIT heads and judges are more corrupt than Vyapam heads. So SIT and judocratic inquiry are IMO waste of time and money.

The Jurors can decide whom all should be narcotested in public. And from the evidences that the Jurors get, the Jurors can decide next set of accused who should be narcotested in public, The narcotests in public will also give leads to material evidences that the accused may have left. And this will enable Jurors to decide who should be acquitted / imprisoned / fined.

As per number of those who died, the ratio is too small and almost "normal" . Some 40 out of 2000 died in past 6 years !!! The death rate in India is 1% and in younger age groups , it is 0.3%. So 2000 * 0.3/100 * 6 = 30 * 1.2 = 36 . So deaths are statistically in synch, not way off.

But anyway, nacrotests in public will reveal more.
