Meenakshi murder case (the Delhi girl who was stabbed 35 times) and hypcrisy of SoMoKe

SoMoKe = SoGa \ NaMo \ ArKe opposed the law-draft that narcotest in public should be made must in crimes against women. And then they shed crocodile tears on cases like Meenakshi murder case.

Henious crimes often start with smaller crimes, and when criminals are not punished for smaller crimes, they escalate to bigger crimes. eg the two accused in Meenakshi murder case , who stabbed the girl 35 times, had several times misbehaved with the girl and threatrened of acid attack. But due to absence of narcotest in public and Jury Trial, the accused walked away and resorted to bigger crime later.

The girl had complained of abuse and the policemen did arrest the two brothers. when she had complained of misbehavior and acid attack. But policemen require witnesses in such case to take further action. It is difficult to get witnesses, and so policemen have to let the accused go.

The solution can be Jury System, and narcotest in public. The Jurors can take narcotest of accused in public and get reasonable guess on nature of threats and what action accused did, may do in future etc.

But SoMoKe (yes, all three tall leaders) have vociferously refused to print / support law-drafts making narcotest in public and Jury Trial compulsory in crimes against women.

Solution I propose to crimes against women are
.
1. Jury Trials --- The Jury of 15 to 1500 , consisting of randomly chosen voters between age of 25 years and 55 years in that district / state should be called. to decide the case
.
2. Narcotest in public ---- the Jurors with majority may decide to take narcotest of accused in public and get further evidences
.
