The student who asked question to RBI Governor Raghuram Ghazani was parroted to ask question and Raghuram Ghazani knew the question beforehand and had mugged up the answer beforehand. Basically, it was question fixing cum reality show

On 5-sep-2014 , NaMo / SZI had ordered many teachers in Govt schools to bring students, and some students were parroted to ask some questions. The questions were made by NaMo / SZI , and NaMo / SZI knew the questions beforehand . And answers were also pre-written and mugged up. It was basically, question fixing and reality show only. If you felt good about questions and answers, then NaMo / SZI just made a fool out of you, because whole show was scripted / fixed. And if you knew that students' questions and NaMo's answers were all fixed and yet you enjoyed the show, then you should request NaMo / SZI to make more such scripted shows.
