FBCPBA = Facebook based cover picture based activism -- Part-2

( FBCPBA is a campaign method which I , Rahul Chimanbhai Mehta at Right to Recall Party, have invented (with a critical input was from Amar Kumar Ram), to reduce inefficiencies of ALL activists who want to improve India by improving law-drafts..

This campaign method will publicize Right-to-Recall-law-drafts and decrease influence of SoMoKe / CoBhApSwaRa. The part-1 of this article describes what FBCPBA , and , it is athttps://fb.com/mehtarahulc/posts/10153344397466922 . This status post is part-2.

Summary of FBCPBA --- (a) the activist / voter , who decides to follow FBCPBA , has to put text "please click this FB cover picture to know law-drafts I , [name , voter#], support".in his FB cover picture and he must not put any photo or image on his FB cover picture except 1-2 small icons and (b) the description of FB cover picture must have link to his own FB note which has links to FB status posts which has the FULL law-draft-text that activist / voter supports.

So FBCPBA has two parts --- cover picture with a text as image, and an FB notes which has all links. BOTH are important. Please see -- the FB-note is also an important part of FBCPBA. And activist must make cover picture and notes all by himself, NO COPY-PASTE of even one line. )

chap-2 ---- FBCPBA will increase influence of ALL law-drafts that can improve India, such as our RRG-law-drafts. HOW?

(2.1) .How FBCPBA increases information level on RRG-drafts on FB
.
Say a recallist is working 4 hours to 8 hours a week on FB. Say he writes a post on a topic in politics. Say in a week, he has written 30 posts on an average. Say 1000 persons across FB like his posts of which some 200 visit his profile every week.
.
Now the FIRST thing that almost each visitor will see on his profile will be his cover picture. And if FB Cover Picture has a text which says that "please click my cover picture to see which law-drafts I support",. then chances that these 200 profile visitors will see the law-drafts increases.
.
Now consider present day situation, where the recallist has NO such text on his FB cover picture. There will some 1000 to 2000 posts on the FB profile going across months / years. The profile visitor will NOT have time to see the all the posts. So a profile visitor is almost unlikely to know about the law-drafts even if he visits the profile 10-20 of times,

But if the cover picture has text, then chances that profile visitor will come to know about these law-drafts increases
.
IOW, if the RRG-law-draft-supporters aka recallists follow FBCPBA, then the rate at which information on RRG-law-drafts will spread on FB increases.

Let me give a specific example wrt a specific law-draft. Consider the law-draft TcpIndia athttps://fb.com/ProposedLawDrafts/posts/521586644673979 . Say each person who supports TcpIndia likes this status post, writes an "i support comment" in this post, shares this status post on his wall , copies the status post on his wall etc, Now say a an FB user visits that TcpIndia-supporter's profile. The post of TcpIndia will be one of the 5000 posts on his FB wall. So visitor is very likely to miss the post. The visitor will not know what TcpIndia draft is and he will also not know that the profile onwr is tcpIndia supporter, But if cover picture says "click this cover picture to see the law-drafts I support", then chances that visitor will click the cover picture increases. And if description of cover picture has link to TcpIndia law-draft, then chances that profile visitor will see TcpIndia draft further increases. That way, without any phonecall or without any emails / messages, chances that the FB profile visitor will come to know about TcpIndia law-draft increases. Thus FBCPBA increases information level of law-drafts amongst activists and voters on FB.

Please note that a recallist has only 1 hour a day to communicate,. While his FB-profile will speak all 24 hours a day. So if infromation is properly indexed and pointed on FB wall , then that information will spread at a faster rate on FB

(2.2) .How FBCPBA increases INFLUENCE of RRG-drafts by implementing a head count of andhbhagats ?
.
Above section-2.1 explains how FBCPBA will increase number of FB users who will come to know about RRG-drafts. Now say there are 100,000 Indian voters on FB, who know about RRG-drafts. But each voter has no idea about how many users know about RRG-drafts, Each may think that only 1000 - 2000 voters in India know about RRG-drafts, Then if they come to know that 100,000 users know about RRG-drafts , then INFLUENCE of RRG-drafts in the minds of 100,000 voters will increase.

IOW, influence of a law-draft in mind of a person, who knows that N persons know this law-draft, increases with value of N he thinks.

Increeasing influence of drafts in minds is necessary. Please look back at my article "Ten goals for recallists" athttps://fb.com/mehtarahulc/posts/10153286488891922 ). Three of these 10 goals are

(2.2.a) Goal-2 is to take information about RRG-draft to over 80 crore voters,

(2.2.b) Goal-3 is to convince over 45 crore voters to send orders to MP via SMS to print RRG-drafts.

(2.2.c) And Goal-4 is to convince over 45 crore voters that 45 crore voters have sent such SMS.

Now wrt, FB , the numbers in goals get lowered. Some 10 crore Indian voters have skills and money to use FB.. So Goal-2 to Goal-4 wrt to FB are ---

(2.2.d) Goal-2 wrt FB is to take information about RRG-drafts to over 8 crore voters on FB
.
(2.2.e) Goal-3 wrt FB is to convince at least over 4 crore FB users to send orders to MP via SMS, convince them to "like" the FB status with law-drafts, convince them to share the FB status on their walls, convince them to put "I support" comment on the FB status and put links to law-drafts, share-links, and iSupport comment in an FB notes , and put link to that FB notes in cover picture description

(2.2.f) Goal-4 wrt FB is to convince over 4 crore Indian voters on FB that over 4 crore Indian voters have supported certain law-drafts (if they have).

Or in general, how can we recallist convince a voter V on FB that N voters in India have supported a law-draft? N can be 4 crore or more or less, and can be as low as few lakhs.

Now if (2.2.e) has happened, then (2.2.f) is easy. We recallist can ask a voter V to see the like / share / comment count on the statuspost and see for himself. But fake profiles create suspicions. More than half the profiles on FB are fake !! There are click farms where one can pay and get 1000s of likes on a post !!! So there may be N lakh likes on a status. But most can be fake. So how do we convince a voter that count is real?

If we can convince voters and activists to use FBCPBA, then it is possible.
.
We can ask a voter on FB to execute following steps. If he executes these following steps, then he can be convinced or unconvinced of number of voters in India who support a particular law-draft ----
.
1. Select 50-100 of your friends whom you PERSONALLY know in real life and know that profile isnt fake.
.,
2. See their FB cover pictures. Does cover picture have image which says "click this cover picture to see law-drafts I support"? i.e. do these 50 persons you selected follow FBCPBA? If not, then they do NOT support RTR, JurySys drafts etc
.
3. And if they do, then please see their cover picture's description. Does it have link to any notes saying "list of law-drafts I support?". If not, then he doesnt support RTR-drafts

4. If you do see link , then pls see that FB note, Do you see the links to RTR=-drafts? md5hash to RTR-drafts? Links to "I support" comments to RTR-drafts? If yes, then he supports RTR-drafts, Otherwise, he doesnt.
.
So that way, activists/ voters can know how many voters in his friends publicly support RTR-drafts. If that is X%, then chances are high than x% voters in India support RTR-drafts. IOW, FBCPBA enables each voter to PARTIALLY execute Goal-4 of the 10 major recallists' tasks.

So as more and more people follow FBCPBA , it will give positive feedback to itself. And so influence of RRG-drafts will increase.

Later, we can develop an FB-application, which can scan FB-profiles of subscribers and get the information on how manyusers on FB have supported RRG-law-drafts. Such RtrFBApp can replace FBCPBA, But that will require a huge server side investment, and is poiltically fragile. Because if the persons running / owning this RtrFbApp sell out, then RTR-movement will suffer a serious setback. So FBCPBA is tedious for activists but politically speaking, better option.

(2.3) How FBCPBA will enable us recallists to convert more activists on FB into recallists ?
.
Say a recallist has 300 FB friends. Of which, some 5 are likely to become recallists. But the recallist does know which 5 of his FB friends are likely to become activists. So if that recallist tries to explain drafts to all 300 FB friends over phone or emails or FB messages, then it will be too time consuming,
.
If he puts all drafts and explanations on wall, then it will save his time. But there will be 100s of posts scattered over several weeks. The posts on drafts and explanations will get mixed with posts on current affairs. And so those 5 potential recallists visit the profile, they will see 100s of posts made in past several years. So the potential recallists wont know what those drafts are.
