In the aadhar card law-draft that NaMo recently printed, NaMo has refused to add a clause that "if a non citizen and illegal immigrant applies for the aadhar card, without stating that he is non-citizen and illegal immigrant, then he will imprisoned for 3 years".

The passport act has such clause. In passport act, non citizens like refugees etc can apply for passport, but they have to state so on the form. The legal immigrants , refugees who are non-citizens should be given aadhar card. That is NO threat at all.

So as per law-draft NaMo has printed, illegal Bangladeshi infiltrators can LEGALLY apply for aadhar cardm legally get aadhar card and if they get aadhar card, then there is no punishment even after it is discovered later that they are illegal immigrants !!!
