why owners of large companies have bribed Jetley and "mribed" NaMo to impose tax on EPF --- owners of large companies want middle class to invest in share market and LESS in EPF.

Taxing EPF withdrawals makes EPF less attractive -- reduces total returns. And so EPF subscribers will now move towards EPS in which subscriber gets no guaranteed return from govt and so is forced / te,pted to invest in share market.

Jetley is habitual bribe taker. he (and ABV) had taken bribes in Modern Foods case , and sold away Modern Food to Hindustan Lever for mere Rs 150 crore in year around 1999. Back then, Modern Food has plots worth Rs 2000 crore in Delhi alone !!! Imagine how much bribes Jetley and ABV took.

NaMo never took cash bribes. NaMo takes what we call as mribe = "media bribe". NaMo wants media coverage which superficially appears as anti-NaMo , but in reality is pro-NaMo. eg newspapers called NaMo as anti-Muslim , which benefited NAMo as it increased his Hindu votes !!! NaMo also wants media to stay away from events whose coverage can damage NAMo. eg if media were to cover lakhs Gorakshaks in Ramlila Maidan, then NaMo will have serious real problem at hand.

So combination of plain vanilla bribe and mribe has enabled apex company owners to incite / force NaMo / Jetley to impose tax on EPF and thus make EPF-subscribers move towards share market, where they will be slaughtered enmasse.

In this budget, NAMo is hitting EOF. PPF ix next.
