Re : Murder of dentist Dr. Narang by 15 criminals (some Naseer plus 14 others) --- solution I at Right to Recall Group propose is Jury Trial , narcotest in public, RTR Police Chief, RTR judges etc. Such criminals are getting encouraged because of corruption in judges, corruption in policemen, deliberate delay in courts due to corruption of judges etc etc.

In most such crimes, the criminals start with committing numerous small crimes, they get caught in some cases, they bribe the policmene / judges and get away. So they start become more reckless and then commit bigger crimes.

Many of them are suspected to be Bangladeshi infilitrators. The solution is to print law-drafts that would force and enable Police Commissioners to give rewards to Bangdeshi citizens in Bangladesh to give names of their relatives in India, and then prove the relation using DNA tests.

So what can YOU do to reduce the mess?
