Why are BJP leaders supporting "save water during holi" or waterless holi concepts?

How much water is used per person on holi? Less than 100 liters per person. And how much water is consumed for meat? Compare 50 liters of water per 1 kg of jowar / bajara with 5000 liters to 15000 liters of water for 1 kg of buffalo meat !!! And Holi comes once a year --- buffalo meat is produced round the year.
.
My point is --- each one on his own, except when wastage is criminal. Eating buffalo meat is NOT crime, and so if one is indirectly consuming 5000 liters of water while consuming 1 kg of buffalo meat, then let him do so --- as long costs are paid by him,. And if one is celebrating holdi with some 100 liter of water per person, then so be it. I oppose neither. I do oppose some Holi celebrations where participants used some 10000 kg of tomatoes !!!! (yes, it happened in Ahmedabad ---- some 10000 kg of tomatoes were thrown at each other in a party plot or club plot during Holi celebration !!!) Such wastages are criminals. But using some 50 liter to 100 liter of water once a year is NOT criminal.

And manufacture of dry powders consumed more water then usual method of "kesuda flowers in water" !!!

Water scarcity is SUPPLY LINE problem and not amount problem pe se, Saving 100 liter of water in Ahmedabad will NOT add even 1 liter of water in scarcity area like Maharashtra --- because there is no water line from Ahmedabad to that area. The solution to water crisis id desubsidizing meat, desubsiding chicken, desubsidizing wheat / rice and promoting jowar / bajra , universal water metering, Jury System (which will cheapen water filter systems and electricity) etc.

But as expected, Missionary funded paid-intellectuals who otherwise promote meat eating have demanded waterless Holi celebration.

What is sad is that I did NOT see EVEN BJP leader opposing this "waterless Holi" nonsense. Not even one BJP leader has made even token video of him throwing water colors on his colleagues of family members
.
BJP leaders are now doing better jobs at killing Indian festivals that Congress / AAP leaders. eg Dr Harshvardhan, BJP MP of Delhi and also a Minister had ordered his party workers to light firecrackers when he won elections. No problem. But same harshvardhan opposed ligheting fire crackers on Diwali !!! And NaMo didnt release even one picture / video of him lighting a small fulzadi !!! IOW, all BJP Ministers had opposed crackers on Diwali, and how all BJP leaders are opposing use of water on Holi.

We at RRG supporting lighting NON-DANGEROUS crakers and we also support use of water on Holi,. And all this talk of banning crackers and water on Holi is just a way to kill Hindu festivals and nothing more. So please oppose ALL, including BJP leaders, who are promoting ban on fire crackers and ban on water etc
