This is wht I hear from a Railway Engineer, who wants the news to spread, but he wants his name to remain secret.

NaMo has ordered Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu to order Indian Railways to buy some 1800 disiel / electric railway engines from two US company GE and French company Alstom .
.
Most core components will be imported, And they will be assembled in India, by GE Indian subsidiary and Alstom Indian subsidiary !!! The subsidaries are over 70% owned by parent companies !!!

So it is all import and import and import ONLY. Make in India is just a superficial label !!!
