FBCPBA is more than campaign method --- it is MUST for activists / voters to have TIME EFFICIENT communication with fellow 100s and 1000s of activists / voters / leaders

Lets say political leader , who doesnt have govt powers, wants to find out which law-drafts activists / voters across India want. Then FBCPBA is the ONLY possible protocol.

The political leader can put his SMS number on net and ask voters to send SMS. But cost of informing 85 crore voters about that SMS number will be huge, -- Rs 10 per voter at least. And if each voter wants 100 law-drafts, then each voter will have to send 100 SMSes. And if 50 such political leaders want to know what voters want, then again, voter will need to send 100 SMSes each to 50 leaders i.e. each voter will have to send 5000 SMS !! IOW , "order your MP via SMS" is good because each voter has to send 100 SMS to just ONE or TWO persons. But SMS is NOT a way to for 85 crore voters or even 1 crore voters to communicate with even 10 leaders.

How FBCPBA reduces communication costs to lowest possible?

Here, each activist / voter puts links, md5hash, torrent hash etc of the law-drafts he supports in one or two lists. And links to those one or two list should be put at a "well known" place.

Now say an activist or voter collects links to all law-drafts he supports. As of today in India, which website should be put? As of today in India, only 4 means are universal

2. WhatsApp
3. Facebook
4. Twitter

The first two offer no website. A voter or activist can send SMS to one leader, but then second leader cant know what law-draft that activist / voter supports. And same way, WhatApp offers no website. One voter can send list of all law-drafts he supports to one leader. But then second leader has no way to know. And if leader recieves WhatApp messages from lakhs of voters, then WhatApp offers NO API to collect and tabulate these messages out of mobile.

But Facebook and Twitter offer one way, And FB is better,

On FB, each activist / voter puts links, md5hash, torrent hash etc of the law-drafts he supports in one or two FB notes. And links to those one or two FB notes can be put in text description of cover picture as well as profile picture.

So now say a 100 leaders wants to know what law-drafts activists / voters want. Then activists / voters do NOT need to spend a minute more after making these lists of law-drafts he wants and putting the link to the list (fb-notes) in cover picture and profile picture.

The leader can obtain list of links to voters. How? Each voter can put his voterid in his coverpage description. Now the leader can hire an employee or volunteer . One staff can access one cover page per minute and in that he can see link to all law-drafts that the voter wants. He can copy-paste whole FB notes and put in the database of the leader. So one staff can obtain opinions of 30 voters , who are following FBCPBA, within 1 hour. So in one day, one employee can obtain list of law-drafts of some 30 * 7 = 210 or say 200 voters. In one month, that employee can obtain list of law-drafts that some 200*25 = 5000 voters. So if the leader wants to know law-drafts that 10 crore Indian voters on FB support, then
he needs 10 crore / 5000 = 10,00,00,000 / 5000 = 20000 employees or volunteer for one month. Volunteer will cost zero, The employee will cost Rs 20000 per month including all costs like net connection, office space, tea coffee etc. So expense to know "what law-drafts 10 crore voters want" is Rs 20000 per employee per month * 20000 employees * 1 month = Rs 40,00,00,000 = Rs 40 crore. This is manageable for any mid size leader. And one employee can copy-paste list law-drafts of 5000 voters in a month. So cost per voter is just Rs 4 per voter.

And the beauty of FBCPBA is --- if 10 or 100 more leaders want to know "what law-drafts voters / activists support" , then work of voter / activist does NOT increase even by 1%. Each leader will need to hire 2000-5000 employees of volunteers for 1 month or 2 months.

IOW, FBCPBA is IMO cheapest PROTOCOL between 100 leaders and crores of voters. The cost on voter in terms of time and money is fixed and small --- a few lines per law-drafts he supports and just one or two lists. And cost for leader is just Rs 4 per voter.

IMO, there is no better protocol known (except TCP, but that needs a law-draft)
