Question to NaMo-andhbhagats who support 1% excise on gold unbranded jewelries manufacture --- why didnt NaMo print that he is going to impose such excise in his may-2014 election manifesto?

The 1% excise is NOT to collect money ---- there is NOT much money in unbranded jewellery making. . NaMo's motive behind imposing this tax is --- harass small jewellery makers using excise dept so that they end their businesses and so business of large companies increase
.
NaMo-andhbhagats are putting post after post citing that 1% excise on jewellery is a good step and a great step and they praise their Lord NaMo for imposing this excise.

Well, then why didnt NaMo put that "I will impose 1% excise on unbranded jewellty making" in his may-2014 election manifesto?

Obviously, NaMo had this in mind long back. But he wanted to get jewellers votes first, and then cheat them.
