Honorable Abhay Thisay was a lower court judge in year 2004. The Mumbai High Court had appointed Abhay Thisay to conduct trial in Best Bakery Case of Vadodara. Thipsay convicted busload of people who were accused to killing many Best Bakery case of Gujarat 2002 iots,. A few years after the case, Thipsay was promoted as High Court judge.
