Salman case --- deliberate delay by lower court judges , followed by lightening bail order by high court judge.

Solution I propose is ---- Jury System and Right to recall judges.

The die hard fans who say that Salman should NOT be imprisoned, are less than 1% of Indian population. And any star across world has such committed fan base. They are not the problem.

The problem are the judges . The lower court judges delayed the case with hope that activists would forget the case, and so they can acquit the Salman peacefully. But that didnt happen and net neutrality made activist powerful. So lower court judsge was finally trapped and had no option but to convict Salman. But before he spends even a few hours in prison, the high court judge with lightening speed issued a bail order. Now the case will go on in High Court for another 12 years , and then in supreme court for another 12 years, and then Salman will be 75 years and not fit to serve prison sentence, and so President will give him clemency !!

Salman case should be tried by 1500 Jurors selected at random from voter list of Mumbai between the age 30 years and 55 years. They can hear all sides, take narco-test of any party in public, if majority of Jurors feel it necessary and then decide the prison sentence.

And RTR-judges will ensure that judges deont use their tactics to delay the cases and also HCjs dont show such speed in bailing out WEALTHY accused.

And I do see many SoMoKe-supporters crying foul about delay in lower court and lightening speed by high court, and crying that Salman fans want Salman to be acquitted. well, you SoMoKe-supporters arent much differemt form these Salman-fans who want Salman to be acquitted. The whole mess in court is ONLY because SoMoKe have been opposing law-drafts needed to fix courts and spending all resources in their self promotion via Rs 10 lakh suit or Rs 200 muffler and assorted speeches and drama.

The mess is because activists get carried away by all this drama, and spend their time and energy on neta-puja. And this neta-puja , such as SoMoKe=puja , ensures that activists dont get any time to spread information on law-drafts needed to fix courts, and so the mess goes.

Solution is that we activists must convince fellow activists NOT to waste time in their neta-puja, and spend time in promoting law-draft that will fix courts.
