The judge DELIBERATELY didnt use "attempt to commit murder" charge , even though grievous injuries which ciuld have caused instant death were caused. Mostl likely reason can be --- the convict paid enough to the judge not to add such charges.

In any case , now that his action has caused murder , the murder case can be filed. But MH CM Fadnavis says has shamelessly refused to re-open the case and add murder charge !!!

So if you are voter in MH , pls order YOUR MLA via SMS to re-open Aruna Shanbag case and add murder charge on the demented perverted criminal. With murder charge , he can be hanged. And I say, lets hang him for good.
