The reason why opium , ganja etc are banned because pharma company have bribed MPs / Ministers to ban it so that sale of pain killers and psychiatric medicine increase. And paid-intellectuals support the ban due to same money. And paidmediamen also support the ban.

CoBhAp-leaders and SoMoKe too want favorable coverage from pharma company. So SoMoKe and CoBhAp have supported ban on ganja etc

We at Right to Recall Group since 1998 have made following proposal
.
1. Legality of ganja, opium, etc should be decided via referendukm like procedure namely TCP
.
2. All cases of ganja , opium etc sale / use should be decided by Jurors and NOT by corrupt , nepotic , nexuses judges. This alone will make ganja , opium de-facto legal because no Jury will punish ganja smokers or ganja sellers
.
3. Right to Recall Police Chief , RTR judges and RTR public prosecutors will also de-facto legalize hemp. Because citizens will simply expel Police Chiefs etc who persue hemp cases.
.
SoMoKe have opposed Jury Sytsem since they were born. Reason is that Jury System goes against interest of nefarious mafia and SoMoKe's career including their paidmedia campaign was funded by all these assorted mafia. SoMoKe also oppose referendim systems for same reason.
.
Ask any SoMoKe-andhbhagat, and the andhbhagats too opposes Jury System because his God namely SoMoKe opposed JurySys.

So what can we activists do?
.
We activists need to inform ALL fellow activists that by convincing 45 crore voters to send orders to MPs about RTR-judges and JurySys. .
.
Please send following orders to MPs via SMS
.
"Dear MP, I order you to print tinyurl . com/RtrDistJudge draft in the Gazette" .

"Dear MP\MLA , I order you to print the tinyurl . com/JurySys law-draft in the Gazette" .

And pls tell ALL your friends the FACT that SoMoKe have been opposing JurySys / RTR-judges for their past 3 life times. And that SoMoKe-andhbhagats too are all hostile to JurySys / RTR-judges for past 7 life times. So if you want to bring Jury System and RTR-judges in India, then you should stop wasting time and hopes on them. And legalization of hemp etc is impossible without Jury System and RTR over judges etc, because in absence of these procedures, pharma companies will always manage to bribe MPs etc to make laws to ban hemp. So if you are serious about legalization of hemp , then pls work for JurySys, RTR-judges etc.
