Dear all voters / activists of India ,

Today, a big portion of serious crimes against women come from "juveniles" between the age of 16 years of 18 years. As per juveline justice act 2001 , no matter how many crimes a man below 18 years of age commits, and no matter how henious those crimes are , the punishment is below 3 years !! IOW, as per this law-draft passed in year 2001, a man below 18 years can commit murder, abductions , torture etc and punishment will be still below 3 years !!! eg the criminal --- due to whom the victim of 16-dec-2012 delhi bus case faced extreme pain, agony and finally died --- was imprisoned only for 3 years !!

The proposal is to change the age from 18 years to 16 years.

The new Govt has only approved the bill in Cabinet, but new Govt has NOT yet passed or even presented the bill in the Parliament.

So if you, the voter want the juvenile age to become 16 years from existing 18 years, pls send following order to your MP via SMS "
