Beti bachao bhashans and hypocrisy --- but no hurry to decrease juvenile age from 18 years , the BIGGEST factor behind serious sexual crimes against women !!!

SOLUTION : please send following order to MP via SMS "Dear MP of ____________ constituency , My name is ______________ and voter-id is ___________ . I am ordering you to amend the juvenile justice act and make age of juvenile 16 years in all cases where victim is a woman. For details , pls see http://tinyurl.com/ChangeJuvenileAge16"

When some 10000 activists / citizens ordered their MPs via SMS to decrease juvenile age from 18 years to 16 years, NaMo gave lip service by getting a bill approved in cabinet in aug-2014. But looks like 100-200 days arent enough to put the bill in Parliament !!! IOW, even today, a juvenile below 18 years can commit any number of crimes, and any henious crimes and the punishment will be below 3 years ONLY. Thats was the law drafted by ABV / Jetley in year 2001.

Today, a big fraction of crimes against women are committed by so called juveniles because law passed by ABV / Jetly and till now supported by NaMo / KiBe / ArKe gives them almolst an open licence to commit crimes and get way with negligible punishments !!

When NaMo asked Cabinet to clear proposal of amending juvenile justice act, the paidmedia was paid to report as if law has already been amended !!! In reality, the amendment draft has NOT even been put in the Parliament !!

So please take following steps.

1. Please order your MP via SMS to change the juvenile age. The text of the SMS is given abive.

And please note that all this talk of beti bhachao etc is just a nonsense when the law of the land gives open liencense to male below 18 years to commit any crimes they wish for punishment of mere three years.
