The super wealthy will park their wealths in Foundations and will pay 0% effective inheritance tax.

Inheritance of 35% will force many company owners to sell their companies to pay the inheritance tax, and it will thus effectively reduce number of competitors large company-owners are facing

And worst, inheritance tax on foreign elitemen will be zero as all their wealth in India is owned via Foundations and Foundations dont "die". The owners of foundations who die pass the foundations to their heir with 0% taxes !!

"Wealth tax minus income tax minus 15% salaries paid minus other taxes paid" is a far far less bad tax compared to inheritance tax.

SoMoKe are supporting inheritance tax because they get media coverage from paidmedia paid by MNC-owners. And look at other people who support inheritance tax ----RBI Governor Raghuram Ghazni , Finance Minister State Jayant Sinha , et al

Solution I propose is to print Right to recall Finance Minister.
