NaMo's decision that money from coal auction will go to state govts will increase the demands of mineral rich districts to form separate states !!! We may see 5 more telengana like strifes !!! Solution?

My proposal since 1998 has been that (a) minerals mines should be auctioned, and (b) 65% of the money from mineral royalties should DIRECTLY go to citizens and 35% to Military. (c) and each citizen in India should get equal amount.

All leaders / judges , be congress or bjp had always opposed public auction of minerals and insisted on discretionary allotment. But due to pressure of citizens via social media, finally in 2013 supreme judges ruled that govts must do auction. But NaMo did auction in such a way that a large number of small players simply cant participate !!! And SoGa \ArKe had supported this auction procedures. Nevertheless , auction resulted into a higher revenue.

The next decision of NaMo, supported by SoGa \ ArKe is that NOT even a penny should be deposited directly into citizen's account !! As per SoMoKe , the money should be given to State Govts, and there should be NO Right to Recall over CMs !! So if CMs plunder away this money, then, well all is well.

What is worse is that mineral rich rich districts will now ask for separate state !!! We may end up with a dozen Telangana like strifes across India.

Solution?

Solution I propose is that activists should use their heads to think and not wear caps.

And activists should decide which law-drafts can end the mess. The law-draft I suggest is DDMRCAM , see chap-5 ofhttp://rahulmehta.com/301.htm . If this law-draft is printed in Gazette , the mineral royalties will be DIRECTLY deposited in citizens' accounts in equally, with those have more children born after law is passed getting LESS amount.
