Statement of NaMo / RNS that "BJP doesnt have strength to pass Ram Janam Bhoomi Devalaya" law is WRONG ---- BJP can pass referendum law and using referendum law, , citizens can pass RJB Devalaya law. Another alternative is to pass "Right to Recall Loksabha and Rajsabha MPs" laws and use that to expel anti-RJBD-MPs and then get RJBD-law-draft.

Its another matter that NaMo, Mohan Bhagawat etc all have anti-referendum "vichardhara" , and so they wont pass referendum law. And NaMo , MB also oppose Rioght to Recall MP law-draft. But their statement that "BJP doesnt have strength to get RJBD law passed" is factually wrong. They DO NOT have neeyat aka intention to get this law passed. NaMo etc ONLY want to use RJBD issue to collect more and more votes and then kill the issue itself.

The reality is that they want to use RJB issue to gain more and more assembly seats and are NOT committed to use shortest path to bring RJB and soiare using "we dont have numbers in Raj Sabha" excuse.

Since 1990s, BJO has been asking for votes in the name of Ram Janam Bhoomi Devalaya issue. And since 1990s, I have said to VHP etc workers that shortest way to bring RJBD is NOT to collect votes for BJP but to FORCE MPs to bring referendum law and using referendum law to get RJBD. But every BJP / RSS / VHP - apex leader inclding ABV, NaMo , MB etc have always opposed referendum law for whatever good or nefarious reasons.

As of now, BJP doesnt have majority in Rajsabha. So they have valid excuse that they cant pass RJBD law-draft. But if BJP were to propose referendum law, then NO party will be able to oppose it in LS or RS. And if any party opposes referendum law, it can be ,made to lose all elections. So within 1 year or so, referendum law can be passed, and using referendum law, citizens can pass RJBD law-draft.

Another alternative is to pass "Right to recall Loksabha and Rajsabha MP" law-draft. Once this law-raft passes, voters can expel those Loksabha and Rajsabha MPs who are anti-RJBD and thus bring RJBD.

So there are several ways to bring RJBD. And BJP is more than strong to try those ways. But they oppose these ways due to lack of intention ONLY.
