By bribing apex-MPs , the bank-owners across world have managed to print law-drafts which enable them to rob commons aka non-bank-owners. I described one such law-drafts yesterday --- Almost all countries have law-drafts that if a non-banker owns a property, then he has to pay wealth tax, municipal taxes, inheritance taxes etc. But if a bank-owner owns property via bank, then these taxes are practically nil. Here is one such law-draft

(a) Say a property value is Rs 1 crore. Say buyer gives down payment of Rs 20 lakhs and bank gives loan of Rs 80 lakhs. Say buyer has paid Rs 20 lakh principal. So now bank's principal due is Rs 60 lakhs. But say buyer defaults and bank takes over the house. And say bank sells it for Rs 90 lakhs later. Then bank isnt required to pay CAPITAL GAINS tax on Rs 30 lakhs !!! It can take the amount as profits and adjust it against losses / expenses and pay income tax only on the profits after expenses losses. But a non-bank-owner has to pay capital gains tax, and he can adjust it ONLY against capital losses and not against expenses. Also, in many cases, he can adjust ONLY against capital losses of same category. IOW, the capital gains tax laws favor bank-owners over non-bank-owners.

So since bank has to bear losses, the bank should be allowed to keep profits from sale as well". The argument has hole because the interest that bank charges already covers the profits. IOW, bank owners have two opportunities to make profits --- from interests if the buyer defauts and from sale after repossession if the buyer defaults. This double advantage is at the cost of naon-bankers

Suffices to say that bank-owners have too many tax benefits, and so in real estate market, they manage to benefit at the cost of non-bank-owners aka commons.

Solution?
.
As far as India goes, solution I propose is wealth tax on land / construction, and Right to Recall RBI / SBI Chairman. The wealth tax will reduce speculation in real estate and also reduce tax benefits bank-owners get at the cost of non-bank-owners. And RTR-RBI-Chairman and RTR-SBI-Chairman will reduce many other such practices that go via banking.

This procedure is It is now codified in SGPC Act. But it is weakening !!! WHY?

One reason is ---- local temple chiefs elect Golden Temple heads. This INDIRECT election only increases corruption and groupism in local temple chiefs. The groupism has become regimented into party politcs in SGPC. The solution is that the Golden Temple head should be directly elected. i.e. the Sikh voters should elect local temple chief, and directly elect Golden Temple head.

(aside ---- Also, the voter list for Golden Temple Chief should be FROZEN. i.e. only existing Sikhs and children of existing Sikhs, can vote for Golden Temple head, and NOT new Sikhs. This may sound "discriminatory", but is it vital for expansion of Sikhism and also survival of Sikhism. Because if new entrants get voting rights over Golden Temple, then that will only increase tensions in existing Sikhs and new Sikhs. )

Also, back in early days, there was a defacto recall procedure , by which village Sikhs can expel corrupt / defunct temple chief, by gathering.

But SGPC act has no such provision !! And SGPC act does NOT allow recall of temple chief by any means !!

So temple =gurudwara chiefs are getting out of control , which is weakening Sikhs. SOLUTION? Sikhs , and all Indians, should work to amend SGPC act to create recall procedures in SGPC act.

Mahatma Bhagat Singh's guru , Mahatma Sachindranath Sanyal, had said in 1925 that "elections without recall are jokes.". He said this in context of elections in India. But this also applies to SGPC.

(a) Europeans were losing, and tide turned ONLY after JurySys restarted in UK in 950 AD , and JurySys improved manufacturing and weapon manufacturing. JurySys also enabled Europeans to strengthen to a point they they could discover new routes to Africa, Africa and discover new continents such as Americas. Without JurySys , Arabs would have run over Europe in 500 years or so. .

(b) JurySys also enabled activists and citizens to bring new procedures such as elections, multi-elections, RTR and referendum. This further strengthened Europeans (and Americans)

(c) But ironically, Europe is killing JurySys and it is weakening in USA day by day, Jury System is federal courts is in ICU and even in states courts and county courts, it is weakening. So very soon, Arabs will manage to get deeper into Europe and even USA, and may even manage to convert many Europeans and Americans into Islam !!! In absence of JurySys , the "gathering" procedure which is core of islamic practice gains. ( "gathering" means --- a rule that all persons must gather at one place at one time once a week), JurySys is order of magnitude more powerful than gathering, which is Europeans won against Arabs. Here are the proofs that SoMoKe-andhbhagats and RSS-workers oppose RTR ---- pls see FB profile of any regular RSS-workers. You will find 100s of posts promoting SoMoKe. And you wont find even POST which promotes RTR-DRAFTS !!! An RTR-supporter will be just opposite !!

SoMoKe-andbhagats and RSS-workers will never give any information about RTR to anyone. If the person knows lttle bit about RTR, then they will try to convince him that "RSS will cause instability and so RTR is bad":. But if the other person is already pro-RTR , then they know that now opposing RTR will weaken their image. So before an RTR-supporter, SoMoKe-0andhbhagats and RSS-workers project themselves as RTR-supporters !!

The main reason is --- SoMoKe-andhbhagats and RSS-workers want to ensure that in case RTR comes, the whole credit goes to SoMoke and RSS , and zero credit goes to Right to Recall Group. The RTR pie is getting bigger and bugger across India because as more and more activists know about RTR-DRAFTS (DRAFTS) , they realize that SoMoKe / RSS-apex were speaking lies for decades that "RTR will bring instability". The DRAFTS convince them that RTR has ONLY plus points and ZERO minus points. So RTR-pie is getting bigger despite opposition from SoMoKe , RSS-apex and paidmediamen.

If USA has "best" laws, then who are African American mistreated in USA and why do Jury impose high punishments on African American?

I often get question that is "if JurySys is so good, then why are African Americans treated so badly", etc etc,

This status is to answer all all such questions --- i.e. "why do evil exist in USA"?
.
First, JurySys , RTR , Multi-election, referendum --- each system , is a "sub system". The system is sum total of ALL sub-systems , such as banking sub-system , federal election sub-system etc etc.
.
Second, I have never said that USA has "best' laws. I have only said that USA has far far less bad law-drafts than India has. That can be compared on law by law basis, and sub-system by sub-system basis
.
But still, this doesnt answer question like "why are African Americans mistreated in USA despite JurySys".

My answer is --- Jury System is a just a sub system and it operates along with 10s of other sub systems such as Banking System (or rather Banking Subsystem) and Federal Govt System (or rather Federal Govt Subsystem). And so forth, And JurySys works amongst these other systems

Now Banking System and US Federal Govt (a) doesnt have multi-election (b)doesnt have RTR (c) has very weak JurySys and (d) doesnt have referendum. The reason why USA has become far far better and stronger country than all countries in world put TOGETHER is because USA has (a) multi-election (b) RTR (c) JurySys and (d) referendum. But these 4 law-drafts are ONLY at State / District levels and NOT at Federal level and not in Banking System.

So US Banking System has become a leech which sucks US citizens. A big part money collected is kept and wasted by Bank owning elitemen. And a big part is re-invested in economy via share market and also into start ups. So educated Americans lose money in banks, but gain back via higher salary that comes due to investments. But less educated americans lose and dont gain anything back.

Now African Americans are less educated , and so they get looted by Banking System but dont gain anything back. So poverty is higher. And so crime is higher. The Jurors have NO way to fix Banking System, as there is no referendum system at Federal Govt level in USA. The Jurors have to only decide whether person committed crime or not. The crime rate is indeed higher in African Americans, and so Jurors impose higher punishment on them. This is NOT due to any discrimination , but simply out of real facts that come before Jurors.

Also, immigration hurts African Americans more than others. Again, immigration being a Federal Law cant be fixed by voters as there is no referendum system at Federal level.

IOW, Jury System reduces the unfairness inside courts, but it cant fix the damages that Banking System , Immigration Laws etc are doing on African Americans. Banking System and several Federal Laws create immense damage on African Americans. So poverty in African American is high. So crime rate is higher, So Jurors impose higher punishment on them --- not out of bias, but simply out of facts that come before them. The same Jurors in 1850s to 1870s, used to declare African American slave as freeman and used declare slavery void despite slavery laws (pls google on Fugitive Slave Law). And back then , Jury used to be all white Jury. But they opposed slavery.

SOLUTION to miseries of African Americans ?

IMO, we in India really should not talk about solving problem of USA. We should first at least make India as less bad as USA before giving advises, Whatever one says about conditions of African Americans in USA, it is far far LES bad than conditions of Dalits, Tribals etc in India, and it is far far less bad than condition of Africans in Africa !!! We giving advice to Americans on how to fix America will sound like a man on broken punctured bicycle telling Mercedes owner how he should fix dents in his mercedes. The joke will be on us. So lets not joke ourselves by giving solutions to problems of USA. USA has problems like Middle East , China etc. They have their own priorities, which arent in synch with us. As far as Indo-USA relation goes ----- if we remain weak, USA will devor us ; if we become strong , then USA wont devor us. And if we remain weak, and if USA doesnt devor us, then someone else such as China will. So problem our problem is our weakness, which is due to us only.

And the only reason for my post was --- to explain that some subsystem in US-admin are more oilgarchic and not democratic and so there are lot of aberrations in USA which democracy should not be having. But that doesnt mean that fault is due to democratic systems like RTR , Jury , referendum , multi-elections. It is due to other sub-systems which do NOT follow these principles.

Now in USA, there are over 2000 counties (districts) and each county has its own administration. Bank owners cant bribe so many country law-makers. So in USA, the bank owners FORCED county law-makers to print such law-drafts, How did they manage to force county law-makers?

Bankers printed megatons of dollars from thin air. So prices of everything went up. So salary had to be raised. So counties balance sheet went into deep deficit. So bank owners came to provide help by investing in municipal bonds. But there came a condition ---- the county must print a law-draft that property reposssed by bank-owners will not be taxed !! If a county passes a law to tax repossed property, then that counties municipal bonds will get such a negative rating that that county will go bankrupt.

In countries other than USA, the county = district adminsitrations operate by law-drafts printed by apex MPs = Senators. So bank-owners just had to bribe PM ,, few Ministers and a few apex MPs to get such law-draft printed, that "property repossed by bank-owners via bank will not be taxed"

It will be country specific as each country has too much variation in their tax law-drafts.

The solution I propose wrt India is --- uniform tax rate of 1% on MARKET VALUE of the land / construction every year MINUS credits such as 25 sqmt per person land, 50 sqmt per person construction, income tax paid, other taxes paid, 15% of salaries paid, electricity tax paid if any, phone usage tax paid if any, So all persons / entities which have EMPTY properties, be bank-owners or non-bank-owners will have to pay UNIFORM i,.e. same tax rate. The list of RTR-supporters is long , and includes Laloo, Nitish and also ABV , and also NaMo !!! Yes, in 1977 , ABV in public meetings used to promote / support RTR !! And back then whole BJP i.e. Jansangh had merged into Janata Party. And Janata Party manifesto had promise of RTR-MLA and RTR-MP. And NaMo was back then a Janata Party member. So technically, in 1977, NaMo was also RTR-supporter !!! But we all know how many RTR-law-drafts Laloo, Nitish, ABV , NaMo etc passed after them became PM / CM !! IOW, by mere statements that "I support RTR" , doesnt make one RTR-supporter.

So how do we know if RTR-supporter is real or fake?

Well, pls see FB profile of Mr. X and pls see PUBLIC posts. Now imagine 10-20-50 political activists of India who dont know you as well as dont know Mr. X. After seeing PUBLIC posts of Mr. X , will these stranger political activists of India gain any information on RTR-DRAFTS (DRAFTS --- DRAFTS and DRAFTS)? Will they think that Mr. X is anti-RTR. NaMo's decision to give service tax exemption to "charitable trusts running Yoga classes" is wrong. Now all gyms, dance classes and even tuition classes can set up charitable trusts and claim that they are teaching yoga, claim service tax exemption and then teach whatever they like !!! And then they can bribe the local service tax officer to certify so.

Such half baked exemptions will only promote tax exemptions, corruption etc

Service tax on ALL activities should be uniform.

Now I am proposed abolition fo service tax and instead we should use wealth tax. But thats a separate issue. Giving half baked exemptions like "no service tax if charitable trust is collecting Yoga fees" is open invitation to corruption, fake builling etc

And every hour FB / Google etc can download say 10 minute of video. That way, FB can run a 4 hour internet news channel and as technology improves, it may even become 24 hour channel !!!
