Shri Bajrang Agrawal is about 77 years old activist. He had been imprisoned during Emergency 1975-177 and was with RSS / Jansangh / BJP . He was mayor of Ramanujganj in Chhatisgadh. He left RSS / BJP etc in 1980s and became non-election political activist. He is NOT anti-election, but he doesnt contest elections anymore.

Shri Bajrang Agrawal is VERY SERIOUS about Right to Recall. Many have told me that he is SERIOUSLY committed to RTR. I have also spoken to him on phone. He doesnt have draft. And he admits that he doesnt have draft, and he also accepts that DRAFT is very important. He is actively looking for draft. And he is willing to read DRAFTS.
