FDI in India is higher than FDI in China because SoMoKe are allowing FDI in core / monopoly / oligopoly areas like SM, telco, railways etc , while are China is NOT allowing FDI in these areas

eg NaMo told FB and American Telco that "invest in telecom , and we will give you a big slice of SM = Social Media market as well as internet market to you". Where as China has defacto banned FB and doesnt allow much FDI in telecom market !!! So obviously, American telcos will invest in India and not China.

SoMoKe allow FDI in Railways, roads, bridges , defense and even monopolies like water supply in urban areas. Whereas China doesnt allow much or any FDI in these areas.

So no wonder India will overtake China in FDI.

Surely, FDI will bring short term prosperity. Whether it will be good in long term or not is one own opinion. IMO, FDI will worsen the chances and extent of repatriation crisis and so FDI should come with condition that outgoing capital + profit repatriation will NOT exceed incoming capital + exports earned. China had imposed these conditions. But SoMoKe have refused to impose these conditions, And so again, that is one reason why FDI in India is higher.

SOLUTION?
.
All SoMoKe-andhbhagats and CoBhAp-workers and RSS-workers support FDI. In fact, their organizations have changed names to "Congress for FDI", "BJP for FDI", "AAP for FDI" "RSS for FDI" and "BST for FDI". FDI is now integral part of their campaign. So I have no solution for them, as they dont see FDI as problem.

For those who see FDI as problem, solution is to promote law-draft that
.
1. Those who bring FDI , their repatriation will not exceed capital they brought + exports they generated
,.
2. No tax benefits for FDI bringers
