The biggest damage to students in self finance college is because of the defacto power college owners have, that if a student in say 1st semester or say 7th semester wants to move to a new college, then the existing college owner can force the student to pay fees of the remaining 7 to 1 semesters !!!

Some college owners demand 8 post dated cheques from students at the time of giving admission !!!

SoMoke have refused to print law-draft to end this. Each and every SoMoKe-andhbhagat and each and every RSS-worker also support SoMoKe and so insist that college owners should be allowed to keep this power. Proof? Pls ask SoMoKe-andhbhagats to ask SoMoKe over twitter

We at Right to Recall Group have proposed law-drafts, such as Jury Trial over Student College Disputes , Right to Recall University Vice Chancellors etc which will enable students to change college after paying fees ONLY of the semesters that the student has attended.

Enabling students to change colleges will during any semester will FORCE college owners to reduce fees and also improve quality,

So if you support this proposal , pls oppose SoMoKe and SoMoKe-andhbhagats , and pls work with Right to Recall Group,
