Are all High Court judges in Gujarat cowards?

An anti-reservation leader said "kill 2-5 policemen".

NO high Court judge in Gujarat is taking suo motto cognizance of this action.

Are all of the High Court judges of Gujarat cowards?

And where PIL-veer who file PIL at everytime someone sneezes?

Why are these PIL-veer not running to file PIL on this issue?

My stand
.
For ALL speech crimes, I propose Trial by Jurors and Trial by Jurors ONLY. I have NO faith in judges in India. Speech crimes are subjective in nature, and require due discretion, and judges are too corrupt to be trusted with such discretion. So I support Trial by Jurors in all such speech crimes, whether it is against Akbarruddin Owasi or anti-reservation-leaders.

So I will NOT file PIL or support / oppose any judicial actions for speech crimes. I will requst all activists to work to bring Jury System in India. And try speech crimes after Jury System comes in India.

If I am in Jury, depending on the context, I would only give warning for first such offence followed by 1 day of imprisonment for next offence. And each offence, double the punishment.
