Dadri mob-murder --- how corruption / inefficiency / nepotism of policemen / judges cause such mob-events , and hypocrisy and timepass by SoMoKe , CoBhAo-leaders and SoMoKe-andhbhagats and RSS-apex and RSS-workers. And how can cow slaughterers be punished WITHOUT mob actions

The Hatred against criminals is God. And the Desire to punish the criminal is also an God.

Without this Hatred and this Desire , everyone in society would have become slave of a bunch of criminals. Whatever freedom we have and whatever property we own is because we Hate criminals and we have Desire to punish the guilty.

And at the same, we ALL admit without dispute that one should be punished ONLY after proven guilty, using evidences and / or using narcotest in public, and benefit of doubt should be given.

Then why did we see mob action in Dadri.
.
In past, in Dadri, in UP and across India ----there were 1000s of cases of stealing of cows and calves and their slaughter in open or slaughter in closed rooms. And in most cases, the people resorted to police / court action, and did NOT resort to private violence.

But in almost all cases across Dadri. UP and India, policemen / judges took bribes, and acquitted the criminals. And so criminals became more brash , and stole and slaughtered more calves and more cows, and did it in open. And so there were more complaints. And so policemen / judges collected more bribes. Finally some people fed up, and resorted to private mob violence. And mob violence always has high chances of hitting innocents as well. So was the victim actually a cow slaughterer? I dont know. And may be not. But one thing I am sure ---- even if he was a cow slaughter and the mob had filed police / court case, then policemen / judges would have taken bribes and let him walk away.

My point is that --- as long as we have corrupt policemen / judges, cow slaughter will go on and on and on, and such mob violence will also happen.

Solution I propose is ---

1. Reduce corruption in policemen , judges using Jury System, RTR police chief, RTR-judges
.
2. Reduce the chances of cow slaughter getting acquitted by using Jury System , NARCOTEST IN PUBLIC televised live in cases of cow slaughter (and also in cases of abductions , murder, high corruption, high tax evasion and black dollars in Swiss banks). . This will also reduce chances that a person who has NOT slaughtered cow, will NOT get falsely harassed
.

Now lets look at 100% hypocrisy of SoMoKe , CoBhAp-leaders, RSS-apex, SoMoKe-andbhagats, CoBhAp-workers and RSS-workers.

SoGa / NaMo / ArGandhi all three have opposed NARCOTEST IN PUBLIC in case of cow slaughter. They have also opposed Jury Trial in cases of cow slaughter, and opposed RTR-police-chief and RTR-judges. IOW< they have opposed all law-drafts needed to ensure that chances of criminals walking away reduce.

So when such crimes increase, and so do mob-violence against such crimes, or beliefs that such crime had happened. When such cow slaughter events happen, BJP leaders, will refuse to demand law-drafts to reduce the mess, but will run to instigate mob actions so that BJP can get more votes.

SoGa \ Congress \ ArGandgi \ AAP also refuse to print laws to reduce events of cow slaugfhter and print laws by which criminals cant get away. When such mob-actions happen, they run to blame BJP leaders !!

And all in SoMoKe-andhbhagats and RSS-workers on FB have OPENLY opposed law-drafts such as NARCOTEST in public in cases of cow-slaughter !!! WHY? So my point is --- if you want cow slaughter in Dadri, UP and rest of India to decrease, then please do what I do --- unfriend each and every SoMoKe-andhbhagat on FB , and use the time saved to publicize the law-drafts to reduce cow slaughter to near zero. As cow slaughter reduces, and improev police / courts so that chances of acquittal of criminals decrease. And then, such mob violence will AUTOMATICALLY reduce.

As per this specific case, we should form a Jury of 1500 citizens of UP chosen at random from voter list between age of 25 years and 55 years. They should narcotest in public the family members of victims. That will prove if they had actually slaughtered / stpolen a cow / calf etc. And then also narcotest the accused who instigated the mob violence and if see their motive was to avenge cow slaughter , or gain votes for BJP.

What would be decision of Jury? Only the Jury of 1500 voters can tell. All I can say is that , if I am on Jury, then
.
1. If the victim had indeed stolen or slaughtered a cow or calf, then rioteers --- I would throw prison sentence of 3 years, provided their motives was not to gather votes
.
2. If the victim had NOT stolen or slaughtered a cow or calf, then I would throw a prison sentence of 10-15 years on rioteers.

3. The rioteers who had rioted to increase vote counts , but not to avenge slaughter of cow, then I would throw prison sentence of 20 years on them.

And please note --- Jury will decide, not me. and given that I am NOT a voter of UP, I will have no say.
