Many wealthy Indians are opting for IMPORTED organic food , and so India loses more and more forex. Reason --- SoMoKe , SoMoKe-andhbhagats oppose RTR District Anti Adulteration Officer etc law-drafts, and so adulteration in Indian food products keeps rising.

Food adulteration in India is high. It is high in many ways --- eg outrightly fake milk or milk mava made out of assorted chemicals !!! eg2 grain / fruit / vegetable farmers and vendors use much higher levels chemicals etc to preserve their grain / fruits, vegetables etc
.
So many people in India use organic grain / fruit / vegetable . But many, rightly or wrongly , dont trust the label of "organic" food made in India. After all, criminals can adulter despite label of organic.
.
So those who can afford are going one level higher ---- they are opting for IMPORTED organic food. So import of fruits, vegetables , meat and even grains in India is now rising. And import of sweets such as chocolates is also rising.
.
So say normal Kashmir apple are say Rs 100 / kg. Then organic apples from Kashmir will be say Rs 200. And IMPORTED Organic apples will be Rs 400 / kg. And those who can afford it, are buying it.
.
Result? For every kiligram of imported organic apples they buy, India as a country loses Rs 400 / Rs 60 = approx $ 6.67 of forex !!!

And as more and more people switch to ORGANIC IMPORTED food , or just imported food, forex loss will increase.

So questions are --- why do people dont trust food made and packaged in India? Well, it is fact that food has MUCH higher level of chemicals , and adulteration. And why is level so high? And why dont they trust label of "organic"? Because adulteration os high.

So why is adulteration of food in India high?

The solution I propose to reduce / end this mess are
.
1. Right to Recall District Anti-Adulteration Officer
.
2. End jufge trials in cases of anti-adulteration, and use ONLY Jury Trials over adulteration trials
.
3. Print law-draft empowering Jurors to decide if they want narcotest on person accused of food adulteration
.
.
This would have reduced adulteration in India and restored faith of ALL consumers in Indian food.

But SoMoKe , CoBhAp-leaders opposed these law-drafts. proof : Pls ask SoMoKe over twitter, And pls see if SoMoKe ever printed RTR-DAAO-law-draft in gazette.

SoMoKe opposed these law-drafts and so SoMoKe-andhbhagats also opposed these law-drafts. Only handful of us recallists promoted these law-drafts, and we fell short. And so this law-drafts never came in India,

And so those who can afford, are now switching to imported organic food or imported food.
