How paid-intellectuals such as Bibek Deboroi etc try to hijack and destoy agenda

I have an advt in Indian Express Delhi / Ahmedabad edition in jan-2009 (see https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151109537406922 ) . In point-7 , I mentioned "'abolish judge system and enact Jury System to end nepotism and corruption in courts". And late in may-2009, I contested election on RTR, JurySys etc plank.

And so a large number of activists on Orkut , Bharat-Rakshakdotcom, BST (back then Dixitjee was part of BST and so many activists took interest in law-drafts) etc started taking interests in Jury System.

And so, to hijack and destroy the Jury System agenda, the paid-economist named Bibed Debroy printed following article in paid-Indian-express in dec-2009 ---- http://archive.indianexpress.com/…/nanavati-and-jur…/557344/ . Pls read the whole article.

In the end , paid-economist Bibek Debroy doesnt support Jury System. He only puts a question "Since no one has figured out a sensible way of ensuring continuous trials, notwithstanding its mention in agendas of judicial reform, should we ask whether that 1960 decision of abolition of jury trials was a mistake?" .

paid-economist Bibek Debroy never proposed any law-draft to bring Jury System in India. He has never given any newspaper advt on corruption and nepotism in judges. In around 2005, Honorable Supreme Court Chief judge Khare gave bail to a convicted Swiss multi-millionarie , who had raped three eight year and had video taped it. SCCj. Khare had given bail so that that rapist can escape out of India. Even then, the paid-economist Bibek Debroy never asked for resignation of that SC-Cj !! IOW, all his life paid-economist Bibek Debroy never wagged his tougue or pen to voice against corruption\nepotism of judges and support Jury System. And all of a sudden, in dec-2009, paid-intellectuals such as Bibek Deboroi started writing on Jury System, and that too in somewhat favor !!!

What caused such change of heart in such paid-intellectual? And if he had change of heart, then why is now working with NaMo govt who has openly opposed the proposals to bring Jury System in India?

The game --- hijack and destroy. Not hijack and extend , but hijack and destroy.

I started campaigning for in 1999 for Jury System on internet on websites echarchadotcom , bharat-rakshakdotcom and started distributing pamphlets in Ahmedabad, Later , I gave newspaper advt in several newspapers and I also contested election. In 2009, there were no NaMo or Duratma Anna or Mahatma Arvind Gandhi to misguide activists . NaMo was there, but he wasnt as tall he is today. So activists were looking for proposals, rather than spending all the time in worshiping tall leaders and shouting slogans for them. And so RTR, JurySys was becoming popular in activists.

So to hijack and destroy the agenda, people like paid-economist like Bibek Debaroi come forward. Their goal is to hijack the attention of activists who like Jury System, and then waste away their time, and this destroy the agenda. And if they cant finish movement for Jury System, then divert it to create a weak weak Jury System in India. And such weak Jury System will be useless, and later it can be blamed, and then easily killed.

Moral of the story for all RTR-Jury supporters is --- as movement for RTR / Jury grows, we will have more and more fake , frauds, phonies like Duratma Anna, Mahatma Arvind Gandhi, paid economists Bibek Debaroy. will come to hijack and destory the agenda. With massive paidmedia backing them, they may even manage to convince activists / voters that they are the FIRST ones in India to start campaign for RTR / Jury etc. And then they will try to put activists on different paths to diffuse the movement. And if they fail, then they will try to put weak RTR , weak JurySys etc and give arguments like "we should move step by step" etc etc

The ability of elitemen to "hijack and destroy" , using Mahatma Arvind Gandhi and paid Bibek Debroy is a big problem.

The solution is --- publicizing the DRAFTS. Larger the number of activists who have DRAFTS, more difficult will be for Arvind Gandhi , Bibek Bebroy to diffuse / divert them !! In fact, all those who were convinced of RTR , but had not seen draft, got diverted away by Duratma Anna and Mahatma Arvind Gandhi,l Only those who had seen DRAFTS could see that both are fake, and didnt get swayed by them !!!

if the movement for RTR , Jury , WT etc grows, then these "diverters" ie paid intellectuals who want to "hijack and destory" will grow in numbers as well as strengths. And more the copies of DRAFTS we spread and EXPLAIN, better will be the immunity against such parasites.
