Dadri violence --- how corruption / inefficency of policenen / judges promote private violence. Solution? print law-drafts to reduce corruption / inefficiency in policemen / judges. Otherwise, all rona-dhona is just timepass

Whether it is suspected case of cow slaughter or whether it is traffic violence, there is a high propensity for private violence in India. Whereas in USA etc, people would wait for policemen / courts to act.

The desire to punish guilty is natural. And so is desire NOT to punish innocent.

The reason why people in India resort to private violence is because too many people RIGHTLY suspect that policemen / judges will take bribes and let the person walk away. In USA, most people have faith in policemen / judges. And so they dont resort to private violence. Exceptions exist --- there are times when section of people who didnt have faith in policemen / courts did resort to private violence. But its rare compared to India.

Solution?

IMO, solution is that activists should focus on publicizing law-drafts that can reduce corruption / inefficiency in policemen / courts. The law-drafts I propose are RTR-judges, RTR-police-chiefs, JurySys, narcotest in public if Jurors deem necessary etc. Pls send links to these drafts via SMS to MP as an order. The links are in first comment of this post. .
