To improve India, or to save India?

Many , like myself, say that those who are trying to bring "small improvements" in education, health, polity, law etc India are wasting time. Because these improvement mean nothing if India itself implodes, and gets taken over by foreign elitemen , in one piece of after breaking it into several parts.
.
I could be wrong.
.
But the reason I believe so because law-drafts printed in USA's Gazettes are so so superior to law-drafts printed in Indian Gazette, that there is simply no hope of improving India / USA strength ratios, unless we print similar or better law-drafts in Gazette of India.
.
The USA is far far ahead of India, and whole world, because of following 4 law-draft-sets
.
(a) Jury System law-drafts
(b) multi-elections law-drafts
(c) right to recall law-drafts
(d) referendum law-drafts
.
And till we print above or better law-drafts in India Gazette. India/ US strength ratio will keep worsening , and sooner or later, we will get completely taken over by US-elitemen.

And so, IMO, all the "activists" who oppose above law-drafts, and insist onspending time in bribing "small improvements" in education, health , neta-pooja etc are all simply wasting time.

So if you support above law-drafts, pls dont waste time with them, and pls spend time in publicizing the above law-drafts.
