Madhya Pradesh Govt and Goa Govt allow slaughter of bullocks !!

Madhya Pradesh Govt over the age of 15 years. And this makes bullock meat 100% legal in MP. And this "loophole" , or rather floodgate, enables butchers to slaughter cows, calves and younger bullocks as well and almost openly sell its meat.

MP govt takes cover of a judgment from Supreme judges. MP govt says that Supreme judges' judgment legalizes slaughter of bullock and sale of bullock meat, and so Govt is helpless !! Well, slaughter of cow, bull, calves has been completely illegal in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttarkhand, UP,, Gujarat for years and years. And hence , it is legally possible for a state to end bull slaughter,. What I suspect is that MP Govt must have passed a vague and weak law-draft, which enabled SCjs to legalize bullock slaughter, and then MP Govt can take cover of SCjs' judgment.

"The Madhya Pradesh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act, 1959 governs the slaughter of cattle in the state. Slaughter of cows, calves of cows, bulls, bullocks and buffalo calves is prohibited. However, bulls and bullocks are being slaughtered in the light of a Supreme Court judgement, provided the cattle is over 15 years or has become unfit for work or breeding. Transport or export of cattle for slaughter not permitted. Export for any purpose to another State where cow slaughter is not banned by law is not permitted. The sale, purchase and/or disposal of cow and its progeny and possession of flesh of cattle is prohibited.

Another BJP state which OPENLY allows bullock slaughter is Goa. Goa CM Manohar Parickker himself OPENLY defended bullock slaughter in Goa Assembly. And Manohar Parikker had ordered Goa Public Prosecutors to appeal in High Court to lift ban on bullock slaughter which was imposed by High Court !!!! His argument was "tourism in Goa needs bullock slaughter" !!!

Now BJP-workers and RSS-workers in UP run from pillar to posts to ban cow slaughter. Well, why dont they first work to ban slaughter of bullocks in MP and Goa?

My point is ---- BJP-leaders' and RSS-leaders' mantra is "gaay hamari maataa hei, isase vote aataa hai". But that about it, Its all about milking cows for votes and nothing more.
.
So those who are serious about ending slaughter of cow , calves, bullocks etc should dump BJP-leaders and RSS-leaders for good. And surely there is no point in joining Congress or AAP or Soga or ArGandhi ---- they openly support cow slaughter. Solution I propose is that --- those who want cow slaughter to end should publicize law-drafts by which cow slaughter can reduce / end in India.

The publicizing law-drafts such as "compulsory narcotest in public in case of cow-slaughter cases" (and also in cases of abductions, crimes against women, murder, high corruption etc) will do more good for India than working to get BJP leaders elected.

Likewise, law-drafts like Jury System in cow slaughter cases will do more to protect cows.
